SEO strategy services that decide what ships, in what order, and why
Our SEO strategy services give you a written quarterly roadmap, ranked monthly priorities and a senior strategist who owns the plan. It is built for SaaS, e-commerce and lead-gen teams that need organic search to produce pipeline, not reports about rankings.
Every plan includes the same strategy work; the plan sets how much it steers. You see the roadmap in your panel within 5 business days of handing over the brief and access.

What an SEO strategy actually is
An SEO strategy is a decision document. It says which searches are worth winning for your business, which pages should win them, what has to be fixed or built first, and how you will know it worked. A keyword list is not a strategy. Neither is a 90-slide audit that ends with "improve content quality".
Our strategy answers five questions in writing, and your strategist reviews it every month and rewrites it every quarter:
- Which topics and queries map to revenue, ranked by commercial intent and realistic opportunity (high, medium or low).
- Which existing URL owns each query, and where two pages compete for the same one.
- What blocks the site today: indexation, crawl waste, thin templates, missing internal links, weak authority on money pages.
- What ships this quarter and this month, with an owner and a status for every item.
- Which numbers we report against: organic revenue and leads where GA4 is connected, plus leading indicators such as indexed money pages, non-brand clicks and AI citations from Growth up.
Why strategy decides your return on SEO
Most SEO budgets are not lost on bad execution. They are lost on good execution aimed at the wrong pages. Twelve well-written articles on informational queries your buyers never type cost the same as twelve pages that capture comparison and alternative searches from people ready to buy.
Strategy protects three things:
- Your budget. Monthly scope goes to the work with the shortest path to revenue first. A B2B SaaS company usually gains more from fixing indexation on integration pages and building a "vs competitor" set than from a blog calendar.
- Your reporting. You agree the success metrics before work starts. The monthly report then answers one question for your CEO: did organic search produce more revenue or qualified leads than last period, and what explains the change.
A worked example with stated assumptions
Illustrative example, not a client result. Assume a SaaS site where a noindex left on a template keeps the pricing page and six integration pages out of the index, and the blog holds 300 broad top-of-funnel posts. A strategy that starts with "publish more content" spends the quarter on posts. Ours starts with the template fix, consolidates overlapping posts and builds comparison pages for buyers. Same scope, a very different quarter.
What the strategy covers on each plan
Strategy work is included in every plan. The plan sets how wide it goes.

How we build and run your SEO strategy
- 1
Brief and access, about 10 minutes
You describe your offer, margins by product line or plan, target customers, markets and the competitors you lose deals to. You connect Google Search Console and GA4 with read-only OAuth.
- 2
Discovery crawl and data pull
We crawl every covered site, pull 16 months of Search Console data and match landing pages to GA4 conversions. We look for pages that earn impressions but sit just outside the top results, and for money pages that earn nothing at all.
- 3
Demand and intent mapping
Your strategist groups queries into topics, labels intent (buy, compare, learn, local), scores opportunity as high, medium or low, and assigns every topic to one URL, existing or new.
- 4
Competitor gap analysis
We compare your coverage, content depth and links with the competitors you name and the ones that actually rank. See our competitor analysis service for the full method.
- 5
Roadmap in the panel within 5 business days
A quarter of work broken into months: technical fixes, new pages, refreshes, links. Each item has a target URL, an expected outcome and a status.
- 6
Monthly cycle
Work ships, items move to done on the deliverables board, and your report shows what changed. Your strategist adjusts next month's priorities in writing.
- 7
Quarterly rewrite
We re-run the gap analysis on your plan's cadence, retire items that stopped mattering and set the next quarter.

What we need from you
- A short brief: what you sell, to whom, average order or contract value, which products or plans matter most.
- Read-only access to Google Search Console and GA4. Conversions set up in GA4 make revenue reporting possible; without them we report leading indicators only.
- CMS access with an editor-level role if you want us to implement fixes and publish pages. Without it, we hand over tickets your team implements.
- A named person who answers questions in the panel. Strategy depends on business context only you have, such as which customers churn or which leads close.
What we do not do
- We do not promise rankings or a position for a keyword. Nobody controls the search engine, and guarantees push agencies toward easy, worthless keywords. We commit to scope and report revenue, leads and leading indicators.
- We do not run discovery calls, workshops or slide presentations. The strategy is written, lives in the panel and every question is answered there.
- We do not chase volume for its own sake. A topic with high search interest and no buying intent loses to a smaller topic that fills your pipeline.
- We do not sell strategy as a separate project. It is part of the monthly plan, and it drives the technical SEO services, SEO content services and link building services in the same plan.
FAQ
How long before an SEO strategy shows results?
Technical fixes on pages that already earn impressions can move within weeks of being crawled again. New content and links usually need 3 to 6 months to show in revenue numbers, longer in competitive categories. The monthly report shows leading indicators from the first full month, so you can see whether the plan is working before revenue catches up.
Can we keep our in-house content team and use only your strategy?
Yes. Many teams use the roadmap, keyword map and briefs to direct their own writers and developers. Your strategist writes tickets and briefs your team can execute, and the deliverables board tracks who ships what. The plan's monthly page, refresh and link scope stays available for us to deliver alongside your team.
Why is there no call before we start?
Because the strategy needs data, not a recap. The brief and access in the panel give your strategist more than an hour of discovery would, and every answer stays in writing for anyone who joins later.
What if we disagree with a priority?
Write it in the panel. Your strategist explains the reasoning with data, and if your business context changes the picture, the roadmap changes. The decision and the reason go into the decision log. You own the business, we own the method.
Do you work with companies that already have an agency?
Yes, though one plan per workspace means we take over the full SEO scope for the covered sites. Running two agencies on the same pages usually leads to conflicting changes. If you are switching, start with the free SEO audit to see what we would prioritize.
