What local SEO optimization covers
Local search works differently from national search. Google ranks map results on three broad signals: relevance (does your profile and site match the search), distance (how close you are to the searcher or the place named) and prominence (how well known and trusted your business is across the web). Local SEO optimization works on the parts you control.
Google Business Profile
Primary and secondary categories, services, attributes, hours, service areas, products, photos, posts and the Q&A section. Category choice alone often decides whether you appear at all.
Location pages
One genuinely useful page per location or service area, with real local detail, the services offered there, opening hours, directions and the right structured data. No thin city pages that swap one word.
NAP consistency and citations
Your name, address and phone number match across directories, data aggregators and industry listings. We clean up duplicates and old addresses that confuse search engines.
Reviews process
A simple, policy-compliant way to ask happy customers for reviews, plus reply templates your team can use. We never buy, gate or write reviews.
Local content and links
Pages and articles that answer what local buyers ask, and editorial links from relevant local and industry sources.
Tracking
Map pack positions from multiple points in your area, profile actions (calls, direction requests, website clicks) and leads from organic search where GA4 is connected.
Why local search drives revenue for service businesses
A local searcher usually has intent and a deadline. Someone searching for an emergency plumber, a dentist open on Saturday or a law firm in their county wants to act today. The businesses in the map pack get most of those calls, and the ones below it rarely get a second look.
Local SEO is also one of the few channels where a smaller business can beat a national brand. Proximity and a well-maintained profile count for a lot, so focused, steady work often moves results faster than in national organic search. Common in the market: the first meaningful movement in map results shows within 2 to 4 months, with compounding gains after that. We do not promise positions. We commit to the work that ships each month and report calls, leads and revenue where your tracking allows it.
For multi-location brands every location is a separate profile and a separate set of rankings, so inconsistent data and template pages cost leads at every branch.
What we deliver each month on each plan
Local SEO basics (Google Business Profile optimization) are included on every plan where they are relevant. The table shows the monthly scope local work draws from. Your strategist splits it between local and other priorities in the quarterly roadmap.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price per month (monthly billing) | 1 500 USD | 3 500 USD | 7 500 USD | 12 000 USD |

Small fits a single-location service business. Growth fits a business with a few locations or a wide service area. Scale and Enterprise fit multi-location brands and franchise networks that need location pages and profile work at volume. Monthly scope resets at the start of each billing period. Annual prepay saves 20 percent.
How we run local SEO, step by step
- 1
Audit
We review your Google Business Profile, your location and service pages, local structured data, citations and review profile, and benchmark against the businesses that hold the map pack in your area.
- 2
Keyword and area mapping
We map services to locations and decide which page targets which search. This prevents several of your own pages competing for the same query.
- 3
Profile fixes
Categories, services, attributes, descriptions and photos are corrected first, because profile changes are the quickest local win.
- 4
Citation cleanup
We find inconsistent and duplicate listings and give you, or apply where we have access, the corrections.
- 5
Location pages
We brief and publish location and service pages with real local detail and LocalBusiness structured data, within your monthly page count.
- 6
Reviews and posts
We set up a review request flow your team can follow and plan profile posts around offers, seasonality and new services.
- 7
Links and content
Editorial outreach to relevant local and industry sources, plus content that answers local buyer questions.
- 8
Report and adjust

What we need from you
- Manager access to your Google Business Profile (you stay the owner).
- Read-only Google Search Console and GA4, connected by OAuth in the panel.
- CMS access with an editor role if you want us to publish pages and implement fixes.
- Accurate business details: legal trading name as used publicly, addresses or service areas, phone numbers, hours, services.
- Someone on your side who can ask customers for reviews.
Brief and access handover takes about 10 minutes in the panel.
What we do not do
- We do not create fake listings, virtual office addresses or keyword-stuffed business names. These break Google guidelines and get profiles suspended.
- We do not buy, write or filter reviews.
- We do not run paid local ads. We focus on organic and map results.
- We do not have local offices. We work online for businesses in any English-language market, and all communication happens in writing in the client panel.
FAQ
Do you need a local office to rank my business in my city?
No. Local rankings depend on your business location, your profile and your site, not on where your agency sits. We work online and in writing for businesses in any English-language market.
How long does local SEO take to show results?
Profile fixes can change map visibility within weeks. Common in the market: meaningful movement within 2 to 4 months, with gains building after that. Competitive cities and categories take longer. We report progress every month so you can judge it yourself.
Can you guarantee a top 3 spot in the map pack?
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Nobody controls Google, and proximity to the searcher changes results street by street. We guarantee the monthly scope and show exactly what shipped and what changed.
Do I have to give you ownership of my Google Business Profile?
No. You add us as a manager and stay the owner. You can remove our access in one click at any time, and access you granted stays yours after you cancel.
We have 30 locations. Which plan fits?
Multi-location brands usually need Scale or Enterprise for the page volume and dedicated senior strategist. Enterprise covers up to 10 sites or subfolders and 24 new pages per month. Your strategist plans location rollout in priority order based on revenue per branch.
Will you create a page for every town we serve?
Only where a page can be genuinely useful. Thin pages that change only the town name tend to underperform and can drag down the rest of the site. We build service area pages with real local detail and prioritize areas by opportunity.
