How our SEO agency works
Our SEO agency works in four steps, all online: choose a plan and pay, complete a ten-minute brief, connect read-only access, and get your roadmap within five business days. After that, work ships every month and you receive a written report in your panel.
- Prices on the page.
- Month-to-month.
- Cancel in your panel.
An SEO agency you can start today
Hiring a traditional SEO agency usually means a form, a discovery call, a proposal, a negotiation, a contract and weeks of onboarding before anyone touches your site. We removed every step that does not improve the work. The scope and price of each plan are published, so the decision is yours to make, today, with the information on the page.
What stays is what makes SEO work: a clear brief, proper access, a senior strategist who owns your account, and a steady monthly rhythm of shipped work you can check.
Step 1. Choose a plan and pay online
Pick Small, Growth, Scale or Enterprise on the pricing page, choose monthly or annual billing, and pay by card. Your workspace opens immediately. If you ran a free SEO audit before buying, it is already in your panel and your strategist starts from it.
What you need: a company card and five minutes.
- 1
Step 2. Complete the brief
The brief is a guided form in your panel. It asks what a good outcome looks like for you and gives your strategist the context a kickoff meeting would.
- Business goals for the next two quarters
- Products or services that matter most, with margins or deal size if you want to share them
- Who your buyers are and what they search before they buy
- Competitors you lose deals to
- Conversions that count (demo requests, trials, purchases, calls, form leads)
- Tone of voice, claims you can and cannot make, and topics to avoid
- Who on your team approves content and technical changes
What you need: about ten minutes, and the person who knows your customers.
- 2
Step 3. Connect access
The access center walks you through each connection.
Google Search Console
Read-only, connected in two clicks.
GA4
Read-only, so we can report organic revenue and leads.
Your CMS
Only if you want us to implement fixes and publish content. We explain how to create a separate user with the smallest role that works (for example editor, not admin).
Google Business Profile
For businesses with locations, as a manager, never as owner.
Every connection shows its status, and you can revoke any of them in one click. Credentials are encrypted and never travel by email. Read more on our security page.
What you need: an admin on your side for each tool, a few minutes each.
- 3
Step 4. Get your roadmap
Within five business days of a complete brief and access, your strategist publishes in your panel:
- The kickoff audit, covering technical health, content and links
- A competitor overview (and gap analysis on Growth and above)
- A quarterly roadmap with the reasoning behind each priority
- The agreed set of priority keywords, now tracked
- This month's deliverables, already on the board
You read it, ask questions in Messages and approve. If something does not fit your business, say so in writing and the roadmap changes.
-
Every month. Work ships and gets reported
From here the rhythm is monthly. Each item moves across your deliverables board.
Work What you do What you see Technical fixes approve changes that affect templates the issue, the change and the verification date Content briefs approve or comment, usually within two business days the brief with target query, intent and outline New pages and refreshes approve the draft before it goes live the draft, then the live URL Editorial links nothing, unless a link needs a quote from you source page, target page, anchor, weekly live check AI search work (Growth and above) nothing citation share by topic and engine Monthly report read it, reply with questions written summary, results, shipped work, next month After each full month, your strategist publishes the report. The first report arrives after your first full month. See the sample report to know what it contains.
How communication works without meetings
All communication runs through Messages in your panel. Your strategist writes there, you reply there, and every decision stays in one thread that your whole team can read.
Reply times depend on your plan:
| Plan | Strategist | Reply time in the panel |
|---|---|---|
| Small | shared strategist | within 2 business days |
| Growth | shared strategist | within 1 business day |
| Scale | dedicated senior strategist | same business day |
| Enterprise | dedicated senior strategist | 4 business hours, SLA |
Why writing works better than calls
- A written question gets a considered answer, with links and data, not an improvised one.
- Your team can read every decision later, including people who join after kickoff.
- Approvals happen in minutes on your schedule instead of waiting for the next call.
- Nothing gets lost between a meeting and the to-do list.
Need a visual explanation? Your strategist records a short screen walkthrough and posts it in Messages.

FAQ
How quickly can we start?
The same day. Your workspace opens right after payment, and the brief and access take about ten minutes each. Your roadmap arrives within five business days of a complete brief and access.
What if we do not have time to approve content?
Name a default reviewer in the brief, and anyone on your team with a seat can approve. Nothing goes live without approval. If approvals stall, your strategist shifts the month toward fixes and outreach that need no input from you.
Can our developers implement fixes instead of you?
Yes. Choose "developer implements" in the access center and we send precise tickets with affected URLs, the change and how to test it. We verify each fix after release.
Do we ever speak by phone or video?
No. Everything happens in writing in the panel. Your strategist can post short recorded screen walkthroughs when a visual explanation helps, and your whole team can watch them later.
What happens in our first month?
The kickoff audit, roadmap and keyword set within five business days, then the first fixes, briefs, pages and outreach on your deliverables board. The first report covers your first full month and sets the baseline.
Can we change our priorities mid-quarter?
Yes. Write to your strategist in Messages. Priorities can change from one month to the next within your plan's scope, and the roadmap is updated with the reasoning.
