What you get every month
Every month your plan turns into a list of finished work you can open and check. New pages, refreshed pages, earned links, implemented fixes and a written report all land on one deliverables board, each with its URL and status. You never have to ask what the agency did this month.

Scope you can count
Your plan sets a fixed monthly scope: new optimized pages, content refreshes, editorial links, implemented technical fixes and tracked priority keywords. The panel shows usage bars, so you always know what has shipped and what is still in production this month.
Work you can verify
Every page links to the live URL. Every link shows the page it sits on and the anchor it uses, and we check weekly that it is still live. Every technical fix shows the issue, the change and the date it was verified. Nothing is hidden in a slide deck.
Approval where it matters
You approve content briefs and drafts in the panel before anything goes live. Technical changes are listed with the page they affect. If you prefer your own developer to ship fixes, we hand over precise tickets instead.
Search no longer ends on ten blue links. Buyers ask Google and get an AI Overview. They ask ChatGPT or Perplexity and get a short answer with a few cited sources. If your company is not one of those sources, you are not in the conversation, even if you rank well.
AI search visibility is part of every plan from Growth up. We track whether AI answers cite you for the topics that matter to your revenue, and we do the work that makes citation more likely.
Sample citation tracking. Illustrative layout, not client data.
What we track
Whether your brand and pages are cited in AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity for your priority topics
Which competitors are cited instead, and which of their pages are used
How citation share changes month to month, next to your classic rankings
What we change
Answer engine optimization (AEO). Pages that answer the real question in the first lines, with clear definitions, comparisons and steps that answer engines can extract. Read more about answer engine optimization.
Generative engine optimization (GEO). Entity clarity, consistent facts about your company across the web, original data and expert sources that generative engines prefer to cite. Read more about generative engine optimization.
Technical access. Robots rules for AI crawlers, an llms.txt file, structured data and clean server-rendered HTML, so AI systems can read your pages at all.
An honest note
AI answers vary by user, wording and time. Nobody can guarantee a citation. What we can do is make your pages the clearest, best supported source on the topic, measure citation share every month and show you the trend.

How it works
You buy AgencySEO the way you buy software. No discovery call, no proposal deck, no six-week onboarding. Four steps, all in your panel. Full detail on how it works.
1
Day 0. Choose a plan
Pick Small, Growth, Scale or Enterprise on the pricing page and pay by card. Your workspace opens right away. Prices and scope are the same for everyone, and you can change plan later.
2
Day 0 to 1. Fill in the brief
A short guided brief: your goals, products, audiences, competitors, the conversions that matter (demo requests, purchases, calls), topics to avoid and your tone. It takes about ten minutes. Your strategist reads it the same business day on Scale and Enterprise, within one or two business days on Growth and Small.
3
Day 1 to 2. Hand over access
Connect Google Search Console and GA4 with read-only access in two clicks. Add CMS access only if you want us to implement fixes, with a limited role we explain step by step. You can revoke any access at any time.
4
Within 5 business days. Your roadmap
Your strategist delivers the kickoff audit and a quarterly roadmap with this month's priorities. Production starts: fixes, briefs, pages and outreach appear on your deliverables board as they move.
5
Every month. Your report
After each full month you get a written report in the panel: organic revenue and leads where GA4 is connected, non-brand traffic, priority keyword movement, AI search visibility, everything shipped and next month's plan.
05
A report written for the person who signs the invoice
Most SEO reports are screenshots of rankings. Ours starts with the question your CEO asks: did search bring revenue and leads this month, and what is next. See the full sample report.
1
Summary from your strategist. Three to five sentences on what changed, why and what we do next.
2
Revenue and leads from organic search. Conversions and revenue from GA4 for organic sessions, compared with the previous month and the same month last year.
3
Non-brand demand. Clicks and impressions from Search Console for searches that do not contain your brand, the cleanest signal that SEO is working.
4
Priority keywords. How many tracked keywords sit in the top 3, top 10 and top 20, and which moved.
5
AI search visibility. Citation share across AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity for your topics (Growth and above).
6
Shipped this month. Every page, refresh, link and fix with its URL.

Where others fit better: if you need a fully custom engagement with weekly in-person workshops, a traditional agency suits you. If you need a few hours of help on one problem, a freelancer is cheaper. If SEO is your core channel at very large scale, an in-house team plus outside support makes sense. AgencySEO is for companies that want senior, full-scope SEO with a known cost and no lock-in.

SEO agency FAQ
Short answers to what buyers ask before they choose a plan. Anything else, write to support@agencyseo.com and you get a written reply.
Every answer after you buy comes in writing in your panel.
Why are there no sales calls?
Because you do not need one to decide. The scope and price of every plan are on the page, and the free audit shows what we would fix on your site. After you buy, all work happens in writing in your panel. Written messages are faster to act on, easy to forward to your team and leave a record of every decision.
How long is the contract?
There is no long-term contract. Every plan is month-to-month. You can cancel in your panel at any time and the plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Annual prepay saves 20 percent, and cancelling it simply stops the renewal.
What do you need from us?
A ten-minute brief, read-only access to Google Search Console and GA4, and CMS access if you want us to implement fixes. After that, about an hour a month to approve content briefs and drafts. Everything is requested and tracked in the panel, so nothing gets lost in email.
How fast will we see results?
Technical fixes can show effects within weeks once pages are recrawled. Content and links compound over three to six months, and competitive topics can take longer. From month one the report shows leading indicators such as indexed pages, non-brand impressions and keywords entering the top 20.
Who actually does the work?
Senior strategists own every account and set the roadmap. Technical SEOs, editors and outreach specialists work under them. On Scale and Enterprise you get a dedicated senior strategist. You talk to your strategist directly in the panel, not through an account manager.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. No one controls Google or AI answer engines, and agencies that guarantee positions tend to chase easy keywords nobody searches or use risky links. We guarantee the scope: what ships each month, listed with URLs. We report on revenue, leads and non-brand demand, not vanity positions.
Is your link building safe?
We earn editorial links through outreach to real publications and sites in your field. No private blog networks, no paid link farms, no link schemes. Every link appears in the panel with the source page, target page and anchor, and we check weekly that it is still live.
What about ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews?
From Growth up, we track whether AI answers cite you for your priority topics and do answer engine and generative engine optimization work. Every plan includes the technical basics: AI crawler rules, llms.txt and structured data.
How do reports work?
After each full month your strategist publishes a written report in the panel, with a PDF export. It covers organic revenue and leads where GA4 is connected, non-brand traffic, priority keywords, AI visibility on Growth and above, and every deliverable shipped.
Can we upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, in the panel at any time. An upgrade charges the prorated difference immediately and the larger scope starts the same day. A downgrade takes effect from your next billing period, so you keep the current scope until then.
How do we cancel?
Open Billing in your panel and cancel. No email, no retention call. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and you revoke our access in one click in the access center.
Can we pay annually or by invoice?
Annual prepay saves 20 percent on every plan. Payment is by card at checkout, and every payment produces an invoice you can download in the panel.
Do you work outside the United States?
Yes. We work in any English-language market. Growth covers two markets, and Scale and Enterprise add international SEO with hreflang across up to five or ten markets. Billing is in USD.
What is in the free audit?
We crawl up to 15 pages of your site and show your health score, top technical issues, first keyword gaps against competitors, the traffic upside band and AI search readiness. Create an account to unlock the full audit of up to 200 pages, once per account.
See what is holding your site back
Run a free audit of your site. It takes about a minute, needs no card, and shows the issues and opportunities we would work on first.
